With this Code of Conduct, we are seeking to establish a foundation on which our company can continue to see sustainable, positive growth in the future. At the heart of the Code is the Greiner philosophy, which emphasizes the global focus of our company group, our attractiveness as an employer and service provider, and excellence in everything we do.
Based on these principles, we have set out rules for our behavior in the company in a Code of Conduct, which we have made available to all employees, customers, and business partners. The Code of Conduct is intended to help us ensure the lasting integrity of our conduct.
In doing so, our key objective is to bring our values to life and conduct ourselves in an impeccable manner from both a legal and ethical perspective.
As the Management Board of the company, we will do everything necessary to ensure that the standards set out in this Code of Conduct are implemented and brought to life in our work over the long term – in every area of our company group.
