Click In Sealing Lid

Fall in love at a first click – with the new Click In Lid, a smart, mono-material sealing lid for thermoformed and injection-molded cups.

By replacing traditional multi-component systems such as foil plus lid, the Click In Sealing Lid reduces packaging from three components to two: cup and lid. Both are made from the same material, supporting easier recycling and a smarter packaging concept.

Click On Opening Flaps

The Click-On sealing lid is available in two different tab variants. The convex tab is characterized by its rounded shape.

 

The concave tab design allows for differentiated positioning at the point of sale, as the lid can be oriented toward the consumer.

Standard Sealing Lid

Sealing lids have been an integral part of the Greiner Packaging product portfolio for over 25 years. Our Standard Sealing Lids are available in different formats – from 75 mm to 127 mm in diameter, from rectangular to oval. Check out our Options for the Standard Sealing Lid below.

Standard Sealing Lid Options

Available in multiple shapes, including circular, oval and rectangular designs. Standard sealing lid sizes include:

  • Circular: 75 mm, 95 mm, 103 mm, 127 mm
  • Oval: 119.5 x 89.5 mm
  • Rectangular: 122.5 x 64 mm, 111.3 x 82.7 mm


Cup and sealing lid can be made from the same material, supporting mono-material packaging concepts. Currently available in PP.

Decoration options include labeling, direct printing, and embossing.

Sealing Technologies

Greiner Packaging's sealing lids are compatible with today’s key sealing technologies: thermal sealing and ultrasonic sealing. Both options offer specific advantages depending on your production setup and performance requirements.
