If you are arriving by plane, we recommend choosing Hotel at the Park or Hotel Admiral, as we will provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, as well as between the hotel, the evening location, and the Packworld venue. If you are arriving by car, the Winzerhotel is also a convenient option.

We offer a free shuttle service for all registered guests:

Arriving by plane? We recommend Hotel at the Park or Hotel Admiral due to the included shuttle service. If you’re driving, the Winzerhotel is also a great option.

These are the shuttle services we offer our registered guests:

12.11. From the hotel to the pre-event dinner (18:30) and back (various transfers between 21:00 and 22:00)

13.11. From the hotel to the venue (Packworld) at 09:00
13.11. After the event: transfer back to Vienna Airport at 16:45/17:00 (approx. 15 mins after the event ends)

Please note: Individual transfers from the airport to the hotel on November 12 must be organized and paid for by participants themselves. However, we are happy to provide a shuttle service for the routes listed above and warmly invite you to take advantage of it. Details will also be shared after registration.

🅿 Arrival by Car

Parking is available at all key locations:
✅ Hotel at the Park, Hotel Admiral and Winzerhotel (free of charge)
✅ Packworld (free of charge)
✅ Heuriger Habacht (free of charge after 18:00)

Free parking is available directly at the Heuriger, but spaces are limited. Please note that starting from 6:00 p.m., the short-term parking zone in the surrounding area is no longer in effect, so nearby public parking spots can be used free of charge.
