Extensive technical parts are produced in top quality with all benefits of a plastic product. On high-quality vacuum forming machines, plastic plates up to a size of 1.5 x 2.5 m are processed from all types of plastic which can be shaped in a thermally softened state. After the cooling phase, the thermoformed products are processed on five-axis CNC milling machines. Thermoformed plastics for casings, stylishly shaped linings and technically perfect transportation systems have long been standard application in modern, industrial production.

Interesting results can be achieved using thermoforming of lacquered and decorated plates. Thus, products are made with high-gloss surfaces, in metal, carbon or burl look and modern decoration (e.g. aluminum brushed).
