With in-mold labeling, the plastic label is affixed to the packaging in the mold and is non-detachable. This kind of decoration is used for a variety of packaging shapes, in particular not-round designs. The decoration areas can be fully exploited. 

The label can be produced using all the most common printing methods. The quality of the label surface can be matt, rough, soft touch or brilliant. Existing injection molds can be re-fitted.
