The requirements for lacquered surfaces are as high as the requirements set by environmental bodies. The painting process is fully automatic, the painting cabins of two enclosed painting lines are entirely air-conditioned and are equipped with wet-type paint separation. All parts are exposed to special pre-cleaning procedures. The paint is prepared with computer-controlled dosing equipment. Single- and multicomponent lacquer systems are used, which are partly based on solvents, but the usage of water-based systems is preferred for environmental reasons.
